A Music Post: In Which Ally is too Lazy to Write a Bookish Post Like She's Supposed to.

*gasps for breath*

After struggling to read that strenuous title, why don't you sit back, relax, and listen to this...

Phil Collins - Strangers Like Me

Thank you, Phil Collins. Thank you.

Josh Groban - Brave

*melts at Josh Groban's voice*

Kansas - Carry On My Wayward Son

Before you comment, no I've never seen Supernatural. But I LOVE Kansas.

Glad - Awesome God

When I need cheering up, I go to Glad. :D

Sara Bareilles - Cassiopeia

You know you want to hit the replay button.

Regina Spektor - The Call

This song gives me FEELINGS.

Big Bad Daddy Voodoo - Jumpin' Jack

Thank goodness for the swing revival.

That is all. I was in a melodic mood. And I have been suuuppper busy with school. College is so time consuming :P. Anyway, I've never done YouTube videos like this, so I hope it all loads okay.

So what are you listening to?

  1. Oh my gosh, all these songs are so cool. XD One of them, I couldn't listen to because of copyright laws, but djaklfdsa. I think my favourite would be that Josh Groban one, possibly because he was the only artist I was familiar with (although, I've only heard a few of his songs) of this wonderful collection, and for some reason, I seem to hear a song better if I know the artist. Does that make sense? BUT OH MY LAND THEY WERE ALL GREAT. I was grinning at your captions beneath each. XD :D Ahhh, thank you so much for this post! Music posts are always great. *thumbs up*

What have I been listening to . . . well, I'm always listening to Beckah Shae. But, other than her, I am always listening to a variety of stuff (I love exploring Christian music; I want to one day know every Christian band/artist there is. :P XD ). Recently, a bit of tobyMac (his. new. album. hello.) and a bit of NF (ahhh his song with Britt Nicole is so haunting [in a good way] and kadfjksa it gets stuck in my head XD ). Have you heard of any of those artists?

    1. Yessss Josh Groban! Ahh, sorry you couldn't listen to Phil Collins. That's a tragedy, BUT I'LL FIX IT!! :D

I do know of those artists, and they're all awesome! Personally, I only listen to Acapella Christian music(I LOVE Glad and The Acapella Company) but still. Thank you for your awesome comment!

    1. Glad you like 'em! Yeah, I haven't seen Supernatural. It's so funny, because I was singing Carry On to myself one day(had no idea it was connected with the show) and all of a sudden this girl starts flipping out and stuttering. I had no idea what was going on, and then she started ranting about Supernatural. Lol!

  3. Oh my! I fell in love with Regina Spektor a few years ago, I remember really liking The Call and Samson! <3 Then I went into crazy mode and I totally forgot about The Call, though. LOL :D Thanks for bringing back good memories, Ally! :)

Anyway, I'm currently hitting the replay button for I Was Made For Loving You by Tori Kelly. And Small Bump by Ed Sheeran! And Head Over Feet by Alanis Morisette! Haha.. :D
